Hi, I’m John Rebmann, owner & operator of Ragano Heating alongside my wife Dina. I have worked for the company for 15 years starting out as a tune up technician & eventually working my way up to general manager before taking over the company in 2022 with my wife Dina. I currently handle the day-to-day operations of the company & handle most of our comfort consultations.

I love operating a small business where I can focus on maintaining a family-oriented environment & focus on providing premium quality service to our clients.

In my free time, I try to get out on my motorcycle as much as possible in the summer. I also love listening to music & going to concerts, seeing up-and-coming bands at small venues is my favorite!

Hi, I’m Dina Ragano. My journey in the HVAC industry began when I followed in the footsteps of my parents when I took over their growing company with my husband, John. I was raised in an environment where dedication and hard work were paramount. I learned the ropes from a young age when I witnessed the passion and commitment my parents poured into the business.

When we took over in 2022, it was both an honor and a challenge. I am proud to continue the legacy of my parents who instilled in me the values of integrity and commitment to excellence. Along with my husband, our goal is to further expand the company while maintaining the high level of service our company is renowned for.

My other passion lies in books. Alongside co-managing the business with John, I also serve as a librarian at my local library. During my free time, you’ll often find me enjoying time with my family at our Lake Geneva home or indulging in my favorite K-Drama and Turkish show. And of course, no description of me would be complete without mentioning my beloved dog, Bandit (beagle/heeler mix) who holds a special place in my heart.

I am Andrea, your dedicated Office Team Leader, and I've been an integral part of our team for over 8 years. I bring not only expertise in handling day-to-day office duties but also a strong passion for cultivating enduring relationships with our clients.

In my multifaceted role, I serve as the backbone of our office operations. From dispatching and scheduling to managing billing and leading the office team, I ensure the seamless functioning of our daily tasks.

Outside of my office duties, I find joy in exploring craft fairs and cherishing moments with my family. I take pride in my remarkable collection of both unicorns and Beanie Babies.

I'm Nicole, and I bring over 5.5 years of dedicated service to Ragano Heating & Air Conditioning. I'm one of the friendly voices you'll hear when you call us! Since 2018, I've been a crucial part of our team, infusing positive energy into every interaction and playing a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service.

My enthusiasm for working at Ragano HVAC is deeply rooted in the company's values. As a family business with a strong focus on client satisfaction, I take pride in contributing to a team that is not only knowledgeable but also tirelessly dedicated to providing our clients with a comfortable living environment.

Outside of the office, I am a devoted parent to three energetic adolescents. Together with my husband, we actively engage in supporting and coaching our kids in various sports such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, and even e-gaming. In my limited free time, I enjoy solving puzzles, playing board games, and taking our dog Piper for a walk.

Hello, I'm Esteban! With a passion for ensuring comfort and satisfaction, I embarked on my HVAC journey seven years ago at Ragano Heating & A/C. Over the years, I've dedicated myself to the company, steadily climbing the ranks to the position of Service Team Leader.

My loyalty to Ragano Heating & A/C is fueled by the company's core values, particularly their genuine appreciation for their clients, whom we consider an extended family. As the Service Team Leader, I take pride in leading a team dedicated to excellence, efficiency, and client satisfaction. I have been in the HVAC trade for over 7 years and joined Ragano Heating & Air Conditioning in 2023. I enjoy refining my skills and knowledge to provide top-notch service. On the weekends, you will often find me perfecting my frisbee golf technique or casting a line into the Fox River in pursuit of my next big catch. I love exploring the great outdoors and visiting various state parks across the country.

Hi, I'm Jerry! I embarked on my HVAC journey in 2005 and have amassed over 18 years of invaluable experience, 6 of those years with the Ragano Team. I first started as a service technician before discovering my passion for installation & duct work alterations. As the Install Team Leader, I hold a key position in maintaining the company's high standards of excellence and ensuring that my team delivers top-tier service every time.

My area of expertise is in the realm of complex ductwork. I love finding ingenious solutions to difficult airflow issues in residential homes. I have a steadfast commitment to excellence and ensuring all our clients enjoy optimal heating and cooling systems.

On my free time, you can find me on the Fox River on my boat or cruising the open roads on my motorcycle.

Being part of a small yet growing family-owned company is a source of pride for me. We prioritize precision and optimal comfort in every aspect of our work. As an Installer, I love the dynamic nature of each job, and the opportunity to install systems that significantly improve our clients' current HVAC setups.
